 So your new to the game and have all these questions, nothing seems to work right, and your feeling a little overwhelmed.
This post is to help eliminate some of your confusion.

 Front End Offers Versus Shiny Objects 

First let me explain what a Front End Offer is:

 A Front End Offer is a low cost product or company that you place in a funnel to draw people in. (for explanation of funnel go here) After they sign up for that, you will start sending them emails promoting the other products you are marketing to get them to buy them to buy the other products like GVO and Empower Network, which are called back
back end offers or primary businesses.

Shiny objects on the other hand offer you “the next big deal” “the hottest thing on the market” all for some obscenely low price or ‘free” but when you get inside they start ignoring your requests for help, tell you to just keep reinvesting, never giving you a payday. (Empower Network recommends you spend 20% of your income on advertising but they give you your money and let you decide where to put it)
Start hitting you up to buy things you don’t make money on to build the business * this is different than up-selling which gives you a product you can make money on, like Empower Network which gives 100% commissions on all product sales for the products you own.

Or my pet peeve: 

Promise you $10 to sign up today and then tell you on the inside, that you can’t have that $10 until you sign up 100 people and by the way, they are only paying .01 per person. So I recruit 100 people for $1!
Seriously! Do I have gullible written on my forehead?
Someone, quick find a mirror so I can wash it off!
*FYI: in The United States its illegal to be paid any amount of money for just recruits. You can only make money on products sold.

Here’s another really popular one: 

Join us and will give you 500 leads right away.
THEY ARE DEAD LEADS!!!
A friend of mine told me once that she joined a company because they promised her 2500 for joining. When I asked her how many had converted…she had no answer, when I asked how many had at least clicked through and become prospects…still no answer.

I also fell prey to something similar. Paid money to a company to get leads, I now have 145 dead leads. 14 months later…Not even a single click through.

Back End Offers or Primaries

Empower Network is what is referred to as a back end offer or primary business. In Empower Network they have a product called the 15 k Per Month Formula. The 15K teaches in detail…how you can select sites to advertise on and how to convert them. The key is getting the leads, leads are what become prospects. If you are doing what they are teaching in the training site then you are doing what you need to get them to your site.

 

Some examples are: 

• Write a Compelling Blog DAILY, Something that attracts others 
• Share it in email to leads, in GVO to your subscribers etc. 
• Let them know you are there and what you are doing. 
• Change your mindset, refusing to buy because you think they’re just out to get your money, is a mindset that will cost you big time in the end, because your leads will see that in you and assume its true and run from you. 

So at the very least, if you are in Empower Network, get the Inner Circle so you can have the right mindset when you do get leads. Also with Empower Network’s 100% commission pay plan, if you don’t have that product and a member under you buys it then the commission and all potential roll up commissions WILL Roll up to the next in line. Now you do the math. Your refusal to spend $500 just cost you $500 plus every second, fourth, six roll up and so on… you get the picture… and that is only if ONE of your team members catches the upgrade track…
I had it happen twice in the Costa Rica Mastermind ($500) and Twice in the Masters Course…
Now that is losing some money. 

But the video isn’t playing? 

Its either the browser and you need to change it or its something on your computer.
Four Steps to trouble shoot your videos playing. (instructions are for a pc, but shouldn’t be Its not the program much different for Mac)

• 1. Clear Cache 
• 2. Update Java Script 
• 3. Turn off pop up blocker 
• 4.Try a different browser: if it is taking a lot time to load then you probably need to update whatever program you are using to play videos, clear your cache, update Java and make sure, if you have the option, select to play the video on 260 for quality settings.
